Service Description

Follow Up Sessions are up to 90min in duration and can be booked as frequently as you require following your Initial Individual Session. They include multiple modalities including Hypnotherapy that address the areas that you desire for positive change and may include but not limited to Anxiety Self Confidence Phobias Trauma Grief Peak Performance Exam Anxiety Fertility/Pregnancy Self Sabotage Stress Reduction Children/Teen Issues. Bookings can be made Online or by Contacting Natalie Full payment of your session is to be made prior to your appointment time. Cash is accepted at the time of your session only. Please refer to the 24hr notice Cancellation Policy.
